To evaluate the ability of the designed HTNV MAP to stimulate CTL responses ex vivo, we first stimulated the CD4+ T cell-depleted PBMCs of HLA-A*02+ patients with HFRS with HTNV MAP and four other single HTNV CTL epitopes (SL9, VV9, LL9 and FA9). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
