Nine patients did not receive any antibiotic active in vitro and all of them died during the 30 days following bacteremia: 5 of them did not receive any antibiotic therapy because they died during the first 24 h from blood culture collection; 4 of them received a regimen containing colistin or tigecycline, but were affected by BSI due to pan drug-resistant Kp.
