SNHG6 and cancer: There was no heterogeneity detected across the research studies (I2 = 0.0%, p = 0.64); consequently, a fixed-effect model was performed to calculate the pooled OR and the corresponding 95% CI, which showed statistical significance (OR = 3.75, 95% CI = 2.10–6.69, P < 0.001, Table 2, Fig. 2d), suggesting that cancer patients with upregulated SNHG6 expression suffer from deeper tumor invasion.
