CD274 and neoplasm: Many studies have confirmed that some immunosuppressive molecules (eg PD‐L1) are overexpressed when tumours invade the lymph nodes, and this process is called “adaptive immune resistance.” Therefore, the high expression of immunosuppressive molecules such as PD‐L1 and CD274 is not only the result of the mutations of tumour cells, but also possibly induced during immune cell invasion of tumours.
