The Log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that high levels of VGLL3 (Fig. 4A) and macrophages (Fig. 4B) were significantly associated with poor survival (P < 0.05), whereas tumor purity, B cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, neutrophils, and dendritic cells were not (P > 0.05, data not shown). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
