To investigate whether NANOG–HSP90A axis is responsible for resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy in vivo, we treated NANOG/HSP90Ahigh (B16F10 or MC38) or NANOG/HSP90Alow (B16F1 or CT26) tumor-bearing mice with anti-PD-1 antibody along with AUY-922 (Fig. 8 and Supplementary Fig. 20).
