Considering that the expression of TRIM6 was significant associated with tumor size, we examined the effect of TRIM6 on cell growth by CCK-8 (Fig. 2c) and BrdU assays (Fig. 2d), and the results demonstrated that downregulation of TRIM6 remarkably decreased cell proliferation in both HCT-8 and HCT116 cells. This evidence concerns the gene TRIM6 and neoplasm.
