A significant upregulation of FAT1 (n = 107; p = 0.03) was observed in high NFкB (RelA) expressing GBM group as compared to low NFкB (RelA) expressing GBM group (n = 107), when GBM tumors were arranged in decreasing order of NFкB (RelA) expression (data not shown). This evidence concerns the gene FAT1 and glioblastoma.
