As per earlier reports of high NFкB (RelA) [10] and FAT1 expression [17] in GBM cells, high relative mRNA expression of FAT1 and NFкB (RelA) was observed in GBM cells with the highest level in U87MG followed by A172 and U373MG (Fig. 3a). The gene discussed is FAT1; the disease is glioblastoma.
