Subsequently, compounds 30 were evaluated in silico against acetylcholinesterase enzyme (AChE) and their Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity (ADMETox) properties were also studied, to make the results more reliable and introduce them as remarkable potential candidates for inhibition of AChE, in the treatment of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and autism diseases. The gene discussed is ACHE; the disease is autism.
