FOXP4 and neoplasm: In vivo experiments confirmed that silencing of FOXP4‐AS1 in CRC cell lines can inhibit the tumor cells' ability to form tumors in nude mice.8 These data suggested that FOXP4‐AS1 might have an oncogene part in CRC and might assist as a biomarker for CRC progression and prognosis.8 Similar findings can also be found in osteosarcoma.
