We examined motility of multiple patient‐derived GSC lines in the presence of 100 nM of CXCL12 in 2D and 3D (Figure 5b) by reanalyzing our previously published data.33 CXCL12 is a pro‐migratory chemokine that has been implicated in glioma motility and invasion.35 We quantified multiple outcomes with live cell tracking and found that the effect size varied based on the dimensionality. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL12 and glioma.
