SPAG5 mRNA expression in wild-type (BRAF/KRAS) ovarian cancer was significantly different from that in mutant BRAF ovarian cancer (P < 0.001), mutant KRAS ovarian cancer (P < 0.001), mutant V-Erb-B2 Avian Erythroblastic Leukemia Viral Oncogene Homolog (ERBB)2 ovarian cancer (P = 0.027), and wild-type (BRAF/KRAS/ERBB2) ovarian cancer (P < 0.001). Here, SPAG5 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
