In our study, we performed experiments to explore the effects of miR-200a on anti-tumor immunity in osteosarcoma both in vitro and in vivo. Although the positive rate of ki-67 in miR-200a OE group was significantly higher than that of miR-200a control group in xenograft experiments (10.88% vs 5.34%, P=0.0012), in vitro experiments did not show any significant differences in viability between the control and miR-200a OE K7 cells (Supplementary Figure 7).
