IL6 and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease: Pathogenic IL-6 inducers that promote abnormal growth and formation of lymphoma in immune cells are Epstein Barr transformed B cell [64,65], OKT3 and OKT4 monoclonal antibodies (in cardiac transplant patients), DNA, and nucleosomes that participate in the manifestation of non-hodgkin lymphoma [66], post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) [67,68,69], and systemic lupus erythematosus [70,71,72,73], respectively.
