Analysis of GSE31210 and Jacob-00182-MSK datasets of PrognoScan showed significantly (p-value) lower survival of lung cancer patients in the low BMP5 mRNA expression group (n = 35, 42, 12, 39 and 24, respectively) compared to their higher expression counterparts (n = 169, 162, 92, 65 and 180, respectively; Figure 3H–L and Supplementary Table S3). Here, BMP5 is linked to lung carcinoma.
