Consistent with the data from our cohort, patients with “high” FAK2 levels lived significantly shorter in both datasets (Affymetrix: p = 0.006, 502 vs 414 days; Agilent: p = 0.034, 459 vs 393 days)—consistent with a potential general role for FAK2 in glioblastoma.
