EZH2 and liver cancer: As shown in Fig. 7, the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 was also significantly inhibited after miR-101 overexpression in liver cancer cells (P<0.05), further revealing that the inhibitory effect of miR-101 on the proliferation of liver cancer cells is realized by its inhibition on the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway through targeted binding to EZH2.
