NPPB and pulmonary arterial hypertension: Binary logistic regression analysis was used to identify possible correlations of different patient characteristics (age, gender, underlying CTD, time to follow-up, NT-pro-BNP, echo-derived PASP, RHC-derived PASP, PVR, CI and RAP < 8 mmHg at baseline, 6 mWD, NYHA functional class and number of low risk criteria for an adverse prognosis of PAH at baseline and at follow-up) with the successful or not prediction of PASP deterioration by follow-up echocardiography.
