TNF and Miyoshi myopathy: Immunomodulators (IMIDs such as thalidomide, lenalidomide, and pomalidomide) near their direct tumoricidal activity, have antiangiogenic properties [119], modulate TNF-α signaling [46,119], reduce angiogenic cytokines [46,51,71], interfere with NF-κB activity [119], and disrupt the direct interactions between MM plasma cells and BM stromal cells by modulation of cell surface adhesion molecules [120].
