HNF4A and cancer: Interestingly, we found that upregulation of FOXD2-AS1 significantly induced STAT3 reporter activity, while it had no effect on TCF/LEF or Notch reporter activity, which reflect the activation level of Wnt signaling and Notch signaling, two important signaling pathways in cancer stemness regulation (Fig. 5d, Supplementary Fig. 2a, b).
