NUSAP1 and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: Through a series of experiments, these researchers confirmed that miR‐193a‐5p regulated the expression levels of NUSAP1 and further suppress hepatocarcinogenesis.11 Frampton et al combined miRNA and mRNA expression profiles of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and normal samples to construct a miRNA‐mRNA regulatory network and identify some key miRNAs involved in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.12 Tasena et al established a complex miRNA‐mRNA network for chronic mucus hypersecretion and identified several pivotal miRNAs and their potential target mRNAs as disease bio‐markers.13
