SNHG3 and breast carcinoma: Furthermore, the silencing of CAF-derived exosomal SNHG3 could suppress the expression of metabolism-related protein including PFKM in the glycolysis pathway and IDH2 in the Kreb’s cycle (Fig. 5c), suggesting that CAF-secreted exosomal SNHG3 may reprogram the metabolism of breast cancer cells through different molecular pathway.
