To explore the correlation between NEK2 and autophagy during MM progression, immunofluorescence was performed to detect the expression of NEK2 and LC3B in CD138+ cells derived from HD (n = 6), newly diagnosed MM (NDMM) patients (n = 9), and relapsed MM (RMM) patients (n = 7). This evidence concerns the gene NEK2 and Miyoshi myopathy.
