Previous studies have revealed that tumor‐intrinsic active β‐catenin signaling may lead to T‐cell exclusion, thus resistance toward anti‐PD‐L1 and anti‐CTLA4 (Spranger et al., 2015), which is consistent with the insensitivity toward immune blockade in C1 patients of our study. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and neoplasm.
