Using subclass mapping, we compared the expression profiles of three HCC subclasses (C1, C2, and C3) with another published dataset containing 47 patients with melanoma that received programmed cell death protein‐1 (PD‐1) immune checkpoint inhibitor or cytotoxic T‐lymphocyte‐associated protein‐4 (CTLA‐4) immune checkpoint inhibitor (Fig. 6C). Here, CTLA4 is linked to melanoma.
