These 439 risk genes encompass well‐established (“canonical”) AD genes, i.e., Abi3, Apoe, Bin1, Clu, Def8, Epha1, Fcer1 g, Fermt2, H2‐Ab1 (HLA‐DQA in humans), Inpp5d, Plcg2, Prss36, Rin3, Siglech (CD33 in humans), Spi1, Tomm40, Trem2, and Zcwpw1. The 421 other genes in this data set have been associated to AD with decreasing degrees of statistical certainty. This evidence concerns the gene H2AB1 and Alzheimer disease.
