After adjusting for confounding factors (DM, log-CRP, peritoneal Kt/V, creatinine, and OPG), the multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the serum OPG (adjusted odds ratio [a OR] 1.027, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.010–1.045, p = .002) and log-CRP levels (aOR 1.102; 95% CI, 1.006–1.207; p = .037) were significantly associated with and identified as independent predictors of PAD in patients on PD (Table 2).
