If 1% TPS was used as a threshold, 21/80 (26.3%) of the metastatic lesions had inconsistent PD-L1 expression compared to the primary tumor tissue (k = 0.45, and P < 0.001), among which, 18 (22.5%) cases had reduced PD-L1 expression and 3 (3.8%) case had increased PD-L1 expression in the metastasis lesions.
