KDELR3 and cutaneous melanoma: GSEA analysis (FDR < 0.0001) of KDELR1 co-expressed genes in TCGA skin cutaneous melanoma patients (cBioPortal)30,31 revealed a strong enrichment of mitochondrial, metabolic, and protein synthesis pathways (top 10 GO term enrichment, Fig. 7a), which differed from the most enriched pathways in KDELR3-co-expressed genes that consisted predominantly of ECM, trafficking, and ERSR pathways (top 10 GO term enrichment, Fig. 7b).
