Combined pituitary hormone deficiency (CPHD) is defined as deficiencies of growth hormone (GH), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), the gonadotropins-luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH).
