Of note, when calculated separately for each receptor, patients with a high immunoreactivity score for IL10RB (5 to 8) survived longer compared to patients low immunoreactivity IL10RB score (0 to 4) (median 626 vs. 588 days; p = 0.491), but conversely, high immunoreactivity score for IL20RA (5 to 8) was associated with shorter survival time (median 583 vs. 613 days; p = 0.146), although IL10RB and high IL20RA expression was not associated with tumor size, grading, or lymph node status.
