Here, we used immunolabeling and imaging approaches to demonstrate that glioblastoma cells digest gelatin at sites of invadopodia (ventral protrusions containing actin, cortactin, MT1-MMP and TKS5) and at FAs at the leading edge of the cells (containing actin, cortactin and P-FAK) (Figure 1 and Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene SH3PXD2A and glioblastoma.
