Univariate analyses showed that lymphatic involvement, lymph node metastasis, PgR-negative, and high N-cadherin expression were statistically significant prognostic factors for RFS (p = 0.002, p = 0.002, p = 0.026, and p = 0.040, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CDH2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
