ROMO1 and neoplasm: We found that when the expression of Romo1 in bone marrow cells was knocked down, the tumor growth of glioblastoma was significantly inhibited (Control shRNA vs. Romo1 shRNA, p<0.01, Figure 7B), while the disease latency was significantly prolonged (Control shRNA vs. Romo1 shRNA, p<0.05, Figure 7C).
