We examined the prognostic values of the FAS mRNA expression in several malignancies including breast cancer, gastric cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), renal carcinoma, head and neck carcinoma, hepatic cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer and glioblastoma using the KM-Plotter and SurvExpress online databases. This evidence concerns the gene FAS and ovarian cancer.
