UroSEEK is a non-invasive molecular-based test, aimed at detecting BC through the analysis of tumor DNA present in the urine, by NGS, and targeting ten typical mutations of BC, namely FGFR3, TP53, ERBB2, CDKN2A, KRAS, HRAS, MET, PIK3CA, MLL, and VHL and Sanger sequencing of TERTp alterations [65,66].
