Androgen deprivation therapy is effective for the treatment in early stage prostate cancer, however, it can lead the result that most of the patients develop castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) [3, 4].The development of CRPC may be related to androgen receptor gene amplification, and the abnormally expression of regulatory factors of androgen receptors in prostate cancer.
