CXCL17 which is abnormally expressed in primary colon cancer and breast cancer plays an important role in chemotactic monocytes, macrophages and mature or immature dendritic cells [5, 6], and even is involved in the angiogenesis for tumor development and regulation of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor [5, 6, 7]. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL17 and neoplasm.
