Finally, rescue assays manifested that upregulating AK4 expression could offset the suppressive effect of circ-ABCB10 knockdown on the progression of lung cancer cells without cisplatin, and that AK4 overexpression counteracted the sensitizing effect of circ-ABCB10 knockdown on cells to cisplatin treatment, indicating that AK4 was a target for circ-ABCB10 to regulate lung cancer progression and cell sensitivity to cisplatin.
