As a result, we confirmed that the risk of NAFLD in subjects with the ADRB3 C/C genotype was significantly higher than that in T allele carriers among overweight/obese subjects but not normal-weight subjects (Table 8, Figure 2), although the number of subjects with the C/C genotype was still relatively small (n = 210) compared to the other two groups.
