By analyzing GEO data about Pembrolizumab (anti‐PD1 antibody)‐treated melanoma patients, we showed that NFIL3, PORB, and OPN4 were highly expressed whereas CIPC was lowly expressed in the nonresponse group compared with the response group (Figure 6B), which suggests that these rhythm genes may play an opposite function in anti‐PD‐1 therapy, and their expression level may predict responding of melanoma patients to anti‐PD1 therapy. This evidence concerns the gene NFIL3 and melanoma.
