In melanoma, the expression of NFIL3 is negatively correlated with the infiltration of CD8+ T cells (Figure 5D), thus high expression of NFIL3 predicts nonresponse of anti‐PD1 therapy (Figure 6B), whereas, in renal cell carcinoma, the expression of NFIL3 is positively correlated with the infiltration of CD4+ T cell (Figure 5C), and thus predicts response of anti‐PD1 therapy (Figure 6C). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
