NAPEPLD and endometrial cancer: The data also suggest that the main regulator of plasma AEA and PEA concentrations in post-menopausal women with endometrial cancer is unlikely to be lymphocytic FAAH activity, as has been demonstrated in other studies on endocannabinoid regulation (7–9), but is likely to be due to endometrial cancer cell FAAH and NAPE-PLD protein expression levels.
