PRNCR1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Owing to the opposite expression of PRNCR1 and miR-126-5p in NSCLC tissues, the binding domain between PRNCR1 and miR-126-5p was predicted by starBase, and the results were shown in Figure 3A. Subsequently, dual-luciferase reporter assay explored that miR-126-5p mimic specially blocked the luciferase activity of wild-type group, but its inhibitor accelerated the wild-type PRNCR1 fluorescence intensity, whereas they did not influence the luciferase activity in mutant PRNCR1 group (Figure 3B,C).
