A significant amount of BRD4 and PCAF was detected in anti‐ISX immunoprecipitates of lung tumor tissues from patients with non‐small‐cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), whereas low levels of BRD4, but not PCAF, RNA pol II, and CBP/CREB, were detected in anti‐ISX immunoprecipitates of adjacent healthy lung tissues from patients with lung cancer (Fig 2C). This evidence concerns the gene KAT2B and lung carcinoma.
