As shown in Table 3 in the values of serological markers at initial TB treatment, serum albumin showed a significant difference, at 2.44 ± 0.72 g/dL in the IRIS-positive and 3.28 ± 0.80 g/dL in the IRIS-negative patients (p = 0.016, OR (95%CI) 0.26 (0.09–0.78)).
