Gliotoxins and their derivatives exhibited diverse biological activities, including the suppression of macrophage immune; the inhibition of NOTCH2 transactivation; the regulation of signaling pathway; and the induction of the apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells, cervical cancer cells, chondrosarcoma cells, and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) cells [24,40,41,42,43,44].
