We also analyzed T cell abundance and CD8+/CD4+ distribution in the spleens of mice with aforementioned treatments, and received similar results (Figure 6F, representative flow cytometry diagrams in Figure S6D and E), suggesting that macrophages with knocking-down Sting or Sting activation have profound anti-tumor effects, along with enhancing the abundance and effectiveness of T cells in spontaneous GC mouse models.
