Overexpression of NUSAP1 rescued miR‐769‐5p‐mediated promotions in cell apoptosis and the expression of E‐cadherin and Bax, as well as the suppressions in cell growth, migration, invasion, and N‐cadherin and Bcl2 expression, suggesting that miR‐769‐5p inhibits bladder cancer progression via targeting NUSAP1. The gene discussed is CDH2; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
