A higher expression pattern of NUSAP1 has been found in many kinds of cancers and serves as a prognostic factor, including liver cancer,22 breast cancer,23 oral squamous carcinoma,24 prostate cancer,25 pancreatic cancer,26 glioblastoma,27 and melanoma.28 NUSAP1 was reported to be overexpressed in bladder cancer and overexpression significantly enhanced the stemness of bladder cancer cells.9 To further reveal the roles of NUSAP1 in bladder cancer, we recruited the overexpressing plasmid to both bladder cancer cell lines HT‐1376 and T24. The gene discussed is NUSAP1; the disease is Familial prostate cancer.
