In experiments on NB-PDX3 cells, two additional specific CNR2 agonists, JWH133 and HU308, reduced neuroblastoma cell viability, whereas the CNR1 agonist ACEA did not (Supplementary Fig. 4A), nor did antagonists of either CNR1 or CNR2 suppress neuroblastoma cell growth (Supplementary Fig. 4B). The gene discussed is CNR2; the disease is neuroblastoma.
