Furthermore, our data indicated that the repression of GNG12 resulted in decreased nuclear portions of p65 in PANC‐1 and BxPC‐3 cells, but the overexpression of GNG12 led to increased p65 in the nucleus (Fig. 3C), which might be an indicator of how GNG12 activates NF‐κB signaling in pancreatic cancer. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
