The results showed that the expression of miR-101-3p in the synovial tissues of RA group was significantly decreased, while the expression of PTGS2 mRNA and protein elevated, as compared with the normal group (all P<0.05) (Figure 1C,D), suggesting that miR-101-3p and PTGS2 may be involved in RA occurrence.
